We want your Prairie Wear to work for you. If you have purchased your Prairie Wear product from us online and it’s not right for you, we'll gladly accept your item for return.
First, please make sure your return item:
- Is in new condition, tags attached
- Hasn’t been washed, worn or altered
- Is accompanied by the original invoice
- Is returned within 30 days
If you did not purchase your Prairie Wear product from our online store, please contact the store from whom you completed your purchase directly.
Ready to make a return?
Send a return request, including your original order number, to email@example.com and we will send you a digital shipping address label.
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag from your original shipment.
- Print out the shipping address label we emailed you and tape it to the outside of the package. Return shipping is at your cost, You can utilize any shipping or courier service you prefer. Please know that we are hopeful to offer free returns in the near future, we just have to grow a bit first!
- We’ll refund you, as per your original order payment, within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when your return is complete. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
Want to make an exchange?
- If you would like a different size or colour or just another item altogether, please return your item and purchase the new item. While you will have to wait for us to receive your return item to provide your refund, your newly ordered item will arrive in the mail in the meantime as per your tracking update.
